Earlier work
Before Redgate.
The projects that got me here: a fintech where I designed and built the product, two university projects that people liked more than I expected, and five years at Cisco before that. The full write-ups for the Behance projects live there; this page keeps the facts in one place.

Cisco, 2016 – 2021
Front-end developer, then UX designer.
I don’t have public case studies from Cisco. What I can say from the record: I built responsive web apps in React and Angular, implemented WCAG accessibility features and cut page load times by 30% through lazy loading, code splitting and caching. As a designer I worked on internal collaboration tools and contributed to a major overhaul of a customer-facing dashboard that resulted in a 40% reduction in support tickets and a 25% increase in user satisfaction scores.
